Kim Van Delinder is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Montana and a licensed real estate broker in both Montana and Wyoming. A lifelong Montana resident, Kim brings a distinguished background in financial and operational management, having worked with businesses ranging from small enterprises to multi-million-dollar corporations. Her professional journey began in banking, followed by a leadership role in management information systems within the food service supply industry. She subsequently earned her CPA designation and has since accumulated over 27 years of experience operating a successful tax and public accounting practice.
More than a decade ago, Kim expanded her professional scope to include real estate. She began as a licensed agent working in residential markets and has since transitioned to focus on commercial real estate, where she specializes in self-storage property sales. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with honors and a minor in Economics from the University of Montana.
