Kim’s career began in banking before she transitioned into management information systems in the food service supply industry. She later earned her CPA license and spent over 29 years running a successful tax and public accounting practice. Over 12 years ago, Kim expanded her professional portfolio by becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent, specializing in representing buyers and sellers of residential properties.
Today, Kim focuses on commercial real estate sales, with a particular emphasis on self-storage facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with honors and a minor in Economics from the University of Montana.

Larry has been involved in client representation of commercial invesment properties since 1974. He founded Hayes and Associates in the early 80's. While licensed in Montana and Idaho he has facilitated transactions in multiple states for his investment clients. Many of whom utilized tax deferred exchanges as a part of their tax planning.

He is a past president of the Montana Association of Real Estate Exchangers. While triple net retail and industrial properties were the preferred investments, his search for the best deals led to the discovery of the opportunities available in the self storage industry. In the mid 90's this became his primary investment strategy. In addition to the brokerage he also successfully syndicated investment partnerships.
